Motorsport is dangerous. Serious injury or death can occur. You accept full responsibility for your driving. All participants must sign a liability waiver and complete a safety briefing.

!Any damage to karts or barriers will result in a fine of 2000 baht!

HEALTH RESTRICTIONS:

• Pregnant women, those with heart disease, epilepsy, neck/back injuries or any mental disabilities are not permitted to drive the kart;
• Driving may worsen pre-existing medical conditions. Consult a doctor if you are unsure;
• Drivers must be in good health and able to safely operate a go-kart.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• DRIVERS MUST FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES;
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory;
• Long hair must be tied back and tucked into a helmet or clothing.

SAFE RACING RULES:

1. No collisions with walls, barriers or other karts are allowed;
2. Blocking the track or reckless driving is prohibited;
3. Use brakes before turns and on downhills;
4. Allow faster drivers to pass;
5. Keep hands and feet inside the kart at all times, do not leave the kart during the race;
6. Fasten your seat belt and wear a neck collar while driving;
7. Observe all flags and signals of the track marshals;
8. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
